Ryuuzaki was my favorite! I can’t believe they just killed him off… I guess it does make the story more realistic, but the new "L" character just isn’t the same. As you may have already read, yes, L dies. I love L and all, but I like Yagami Raito better. The fact that Yagami is the main character means that they could not have and cannot kill him off so early. I think ... I actually secretly hope that Yagami does not get caught till the very end. But whatever happens, happens. And I started losing interest. So yay that Light has his memory back but boo hiss grump grump at killing off L. For a while after this chapter, I kept hoping that L might have somehow survived since (ya know) hoping against hope and that, and since - well, they did not show him being buried, or when Rem actually disappeared.
